The YPA Story
YPA Hosting provides top of the range hosting products and services to clients of all shapes and sizes. Our headquarters and datacenter are located in Chicago but we have offices and locations in five of the seven continents. Having such a wide range of locations not only allows us to work in a culturally varied work environemnt but also helps us to serve our customers better. Our employees are located in timezones from GMT -6 right through to GMT +10 so one of our team will always be available. Take a look at the map below for more information.

The YPA Hosting Story:
YPA Hosting was setup in order to provide hosting packages to customers of our parent company, YPA Inc. The founders became tired of recommending our valuable customers to hosts who just couldn't cut it. We often found our customers were very happy with our design work but less than satisfied with their hosting provider. We tried big name hosting companies but found that most packages were oversold, stored on slow, low-end servers and ended in the customer being treated purely as just another number in the queue, getting automated and robotic replies to their questions. Then there are the unlimited packages for $1 a month. These too failed to satisfy our high standards for our customers. Most of these companies are run by teenagers in their bedroom running a small VPS and we don't think this is how hosting should be. It was at this point that we decided to go our own way and do it properly, making good use of the years of experience and skills we have.
It wasn't until May 2010 that YPA took serious steps to launch their new hosting division. Dedicated managers were hired, including a director whose main role was to manage the hosting business, Lewis Cheney. We also hired a new Client Services Manager, Alec Bedford, who was tasked with keeping our clients happy and making our support the best in the world.
And that was it, YPA had arrived as a serious force in the hosting world. Our great prices and fantastic features make our new customers happy and the knowledge that YPA are there from start to finish make our existing customers happy.
The Vision For The Future:
We know how many web hosts there are on the internet, tens of thousands, and we think that's too much. We can't get rid of the rubbish ones, but we can set ourselves apart from them and make us the best. Of course, writing a great 'about us' page is the easy part, actually making our promises come true is the difficult bit. We know how important you are to us, and we want you to know too.
We want to make sure that your experience with YPA is as perfect as it possibly can be, at all stages of the process. We use a streamlined ordering system, making it easy to select the products you want. We also allow you to upgrade and downgrade your package at anytime, making sure you aren't paying for what you don't need. We make sure our support is top notch all the way. From tickets to live support, we don't use automated responses. The only automatic response you get will be a confirmation that we have received your ticket, after that it's real people all the way. Many of us used to be hosting customers, now we can use that experience to make sure you get what you want.
Our vision for the future is to expand, but only as far as we can without making our customers pay a price for that growth. The most important part of our business is the relationship we build with our customers, a relationship built on honesty and straight talking. All our plans for growth will always be discussed with our customers to gain feedback, what's right for the company is what's right for you. We wouldn't sell products that we couldn't support and that's a promise.
