Our amazing products and services don't make themselves. Just the same, our fantastic support wouldn't happen without a fantastic support team. At YPA we are lucky enough to not only have fantastic and very talented individuals, but when they get together they produce an amazing team. Take a look below to see these fantastic people. Simon (Senior Web Developer & technical guru)
Simon is more of a behind-the-scenes guy. He is the main Web Developer for YPA Inc, and has worked on a huge amount of sites, like YPA Hosting. Along with Web Development he knows his way around servers and computer configurations.
Alec (Client Services Manager & people person)
Alec is the guy that keeps the smiles on the faces of our customers. He manages all of our support operations and processes. He looks after the support team and works with Lewis to make sure that the business is run in the best way for our customers.
Jimmy (YPA CEO, bit of everything kind of guy)
Who could forget Jimmy? Jimmy is the brain behind the whole YPA empire and without him none of this could be possible. He has daily input in the running of YPA Hosting and regularly meets with Lewis and Alec about important issues.
