These are not just your average set of another promises - these are serious commitments. Used as the foundations for all of our client support, they are used in our mission to give the best support we can and beyond.
What are commitments without a way to measure their use? Well, we've got that covered - every 6 Months we will publish a review on all of the interactions with our clients making sure we have adhered to this charter and outline any changes that need to be made, as well as publishing that 6 months feedback from clients - good or bad. Honesty is our policy, not promises we can't keep or hiding the bad - we will challenge it, not ignore it.
